The content, discussion, views, and opinions expressed on official podcasts (whether included in the audio or video forms and whether posted in audio format on podcast platforms or whether the associated video content is posted on YouTube, Facebook or other video platforms) associated with F’N Wrestling (which legal name is or "F'N Wrestling Media" or “F’N Wrestling Media, LLC”) in all of their past and future iterations, hereafter “Official Podcasts”, as well as administrator-created content on related official social media accounts, hereafter “Official Social Media”, where all current and past and Official Podcasts and Official Social Media accounts are listed on the Terms and Policies page of the FNWrestling.com website, and all related website content on FNWrestling.com, (which combined entertainment content and/or references to the entertainment organization are hereafter referred to as “F’N Wrestling Media”) have been and continue to be created, produced and presented solely for entertainment purposes, and should not be consumed, used or relied upon for any other purpose. Additionally, individual views or opinions, whether written or verbal, expressed by any of the podcasters or official administrators (hereafter, “Approved Administrators”), or expressed by any guests of the Official Podcasts or guests in any other capacity associated with F’N Wrestling Media (hereafter, “Official Guests”), in any of the Official Podcasts, Official Social Media, or on FNWrestling.com, or in any other context or capacity associated with F’N Wrestling Media (including, but not limited to, participation of podcasters, Approved Administrators or any other official representative of F’N Wrestling Media in other nonaffiliated podcasts, online forums, discussion groups, and social media posts) are in no way and should not be considered to be views of F’N Wrestling Media or of any other related or unrelated organization or entity, formal or informal. Furthermore, all links to or use of third-party content are intended to enhance the entertainment content associated with or created under the direction of members of F’N Wrestling Media, LLC and their designees (including Approved Administrators) in their official capacity and is believed to be in compliance with all relevant copyright and other relevant intellectual property laws. Any alleged instances of noncompliance with such rights or laws are unintentional and will be quickly rectified, using reasonable best efforts, upon formal notification and request accompanied by description/proof of the copyright or intellectual property rights. However, changes in posts or content, including removal of third-party content or links to third-party content in any of the F’N Wrestling Media content (inclusive of Official Podcasts, Official Social Media, FNWrestling.com, or any other related forums or platforms, where such content is provided by representatives of F’N Wrestling Media in their official designated capacity as said representatives) should in no way to be construed as confirmation or admission of any violations of rights or laws, including copyright or other intellectual property laws or statutes.
