Hikaru Shida injured, out of AEW Owen Hart tournament

Note: This story features “spoilers” for AEW Rampage, which will air this Friday.

Hikaru Shida is out of the women’s Owen Hart Foundation tournament, and Kris Statlander will replace her.

While interviewing Jade Cargill, Kiera Hogan, and Red Velvet on the AEW Rampage that was taped after Dynamite, Tony Schiavone announced that Shida was injured.

As a result, Kris Statlander will be replacing Shida. In the first round it will now be Statlander versus Red Velvet on next weeks Rampage. Its unknown what Shida’s injury is, FNWRESTLING will keep you updated when more information is known.
