AEW kicked off with Andrade el idolo vs Rey Fenix. This match was great and deserved to be on the PPV. It sucks when wrestling politics hurt the product but this match easily could’ve main evented any rampage. Andrade had an Eddie Guerrero tribute which was nice. But he got a tip in his pants and I noticed it a lot during tue match. I tried not to…I really did. Rush kicked Fenix in the balls and Andrade won with the hammerlock ddt.

Now it’s time for your main event. Jeff Cobb is great and he smoked Cash in the promo battle before the match. The match itself though? Well it was great but was it better than the opener? That’s up to you man. The show ended with a big WCW style brawl to close out the go home show. I love the Pixies so I’m always game for Orange Cassidy’s music to hit. Eddie also attacked Jericho and it was a lot happening at once I could’ve done without it honestly but I’m sure a lot of people liked it.

This was a great show with arguably 2 main events. Andrade vs Fenix was my match of the night but there wasn’t a bad thing on the card. The booking of swerve and Keith is weird but the segment itself was fine. This weeks episode gets 🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽
