Stage 1: Traditional Wrestling
Winner: Drew McIntyre
The match started with high tension due to the "no physical contact" rule that had been in place. Drew took advantage of a moment where the referee was distracted by an exposed turnbuckle. He caught Cody with a low blow, immediately followed by a Claymore Kick to steal the first fall in a very heelish fashion.
Stage 2: Falls Count Anywhere
Winner: Cody Rhodes
Cody fought with pure desperation to keep his reign alive. The fight went all over the Uber Arena, but the turning point was back near the ring. Cody managed to put Drew through the announce table with a massive Cross Rhodes, pinning him right there on the floor to even the score 1-1.
Stage 3: Steel Cage
Winner: Drew McIntyre
This was the most chaotic part. As both men were exhausted, Jacob Fatu made a shock return, climbing the cage and interfering. Fatu actually targeted Drew before attacking Cody,. This allowed Drew to capitalize and exit the cage through the door while Cody was incapacitated, securing the Undisputed WWE Championship.
