24 years ago today Rick Rude showed up on WCW Nitro Joining the NWO but an hour later on a pre-taped Raw he appeared as with D-Generation X. Rick
Rude did not have a contract with the WWF so after the Raw TV Taping he negotiated a deal with WCW and appeared on their show live. This was an embarrassment for the WWF and another notch in the belt for WCW!
